The Wave-GSM-ATEX is an I/O module specially designed for Gas applications where the serial output of various metering devices such as Electronic Volume Correctors (EVCs) need to be incorporated into a GSM network for creating safe data acquisition and AMR solutions. The output of corresponding meter/EVC is directly connected to IP65 protected AMR gadget, the running count of the volume/consumption is stored in local memory, (Permanent Storage) An open, bi-directional and extensible infrastructure that uses safe to use in Gas Environment to send and receive data from Meters A high-reliability, fault-tolerant and proven network forms the backbone of the solution Secure, Store and Forward mechanism ensures high data reliability, easy to install, capable of handling expanding network of meters with minimal latency.

BLE

The Wave Pay As You Go Token Less (PAYGTL-BLE) System provides Automatic Meter Reading (AMR), together with the potential for the utility to receive payment for the gas before it is used. The PAYGTL meter differs from the standard AMR offerings, in that there is a solenoid valve fitted on the meter inlet. The wave module monitors the customers' account checking the gas consumed against the credit available. Should the account become zero then the gas supply will be shut off. A customer can top up his account at a registered pay facility, by credit card or by netbanking / e-wallet over the Android phone /online or by direct debit. The display on the module provides the customer with realtime information regarding the credit balance, amount of Emergency credit available, valve status, and an indication of any active alarms. Data is stored in the Cloud/Central Server and can be viewed by the Gas Utility, or the customer using a remote internet connection, or the App on their mobile phone. The system is programmed to be user friendly.
